It's ok
More of Abby and Matt. He's trying to make up, she takes a walk, he retreats back to dreamland and drink. His dreamland is really vivid. Plus, he hasn't obliterated the dream-monsters; he's learned to control them. Not a comforting thought if he's right, and perhaps even scarier if he's wrong.
Elsewhere... two uniformed men with weapons (Otis and Roy (guess calling them Jim Bob and Cooter was too obviously redneck)) are hunting the "bog animal". They talk about the "old general" tying up loose ends (all of them: Barclay, the Tremayne woman, and the rest) and that they're probably "getting theirs" right about now. So things do not look good for TST and his friends.
ART
The pair of headers are similar to the scary faces from the cover, done in orange. The one on the right has yellow liquid dripping down, like the beer on the last page. First time they obviously haven't matched. That image is right next to the panel where Matt picks up his drink.
Matt's panels are usually drawn off-angle. In one panel, his eyes are completely black, which (in certain circles) is a mark of demonic possession.
